Dana Rizo: I was born in Victoria, Tx. My family moved a lot due to my father's job transfers. I've lived in many different communities across Texas as well as Oklahoma, Alabama, and Puerto Rico. I earned my bachelors degree in 2000, and began my first teaching job in Klein ISD. In 2003, I married my dear husband and we continued my life trend of moving around. We have lived in the Houston area, Lubbock, Toledo (Ohio), and now back in West Texas in his hometown of Crane. Apparently we aren't done yet, because we plan one more move this summer - either back to Lubbock or the outlying San Antonio area. Hopefully it will be the last one so our two precious children can grow up in one school system and have one family home to remember. I am currently pursuing a masters degree in school counseling.
